All sales on Dee Trading Academy (operated by Zenguard Pvt Ltd) are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (online courses, community access, mentorship), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a payment has been successfully processed and access has been granted.
Our courses provide instant access to proprietary content, strategies, and community resources. Once access is granted, the digital value has been delivered and cannot be returned. This policy is consistent with standard digital goods practices under Indian consumer protection guidelines.
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive access (e.g., due to a network error during payment verification), please contact us immediately at admin@dee.zenguard.in with your payment ID, order ID, and registered email.
Resolution timeline: We will verify and resolve failed payment issues within 24–48 hours of receiving your request. If a refund is warranted (payment received but access cannot be granted), it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you were charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 5–7 business days after verification. Please email us at admin@dee.zenguard.in with both transaction/payment IDs and the amount deducted.
Since all plans are one-time payments with lifetime access, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you close the Razorpay checkout window before completing payment, no charge is made and no action is needed.
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed and access is granted.
